Information about course materials, which may include print, interactive, video, online web content and tutorial assistance, will be made available through the pertinent television programs and the Resource Centre.

CLT is the creation of Ron Keast, who has more than 35 years experience in education and broadcasting, Moses Znaimer, founder of CityTV's interactive, integrated television environment, and CHUM Ltd. Their philosophy is to provide Canadians "with entertaining and interesting television that will bring a new dimension to the lifelong reaming experience."
