The actual evaluation questions you ask will depend upon your organization's needs and participant willingness to respond. Try to use technology to make responding easier. For example, build an online survey right into the course, or email participants an online survey using a tool such as “Survey Monkey” to make the task of responding easier.
Here are some sample questions. Naturally, you would not ask all of them. However, these questions can get you started on thinking about effective questions to assess participant feedback so that you can continuously improve the online learning offered by your organization.
