Icons

Use the mouse to point and click on icons to:

  • Start programs.
  • Open folders.
  • Control or operate the computer.

Pointing
Point to the My Computer icon by moving the mouse pointer so that the tip of the arrow is over the icon.


Clicking
With the arrow pointing to an icon, press and quickly release the left button. You will hear or feel a "click" when you do this. Be careful not to move the mouse while you click.




After you have clicked the mouse, the icon will change colour.
