Although this is not strictly a family literacy publication, it provides powerful insight into some of the issues concerning women and discrimination. It also provides an excellent re-source on PAR - Participatory Action Research. One section entitled "Our Stories" is a collection of learners' stories about how their lives were affected by discrimination.
