Most pregnancies last between 38 and 42 weeks
Between 0 – 15 Weeks (First Three Months):
Your uterus grows to the size of a grapefruit.
You may gain or lose 5 pounds.
Your breasts become full and tender.
You may need to pee often.
Your vaginal discharge may increase.
You may feel sick and throw up often.
Between 15 – 25 weeks (Second Three Months):
You should gain about a pound a week.
You may have a stuffy nose and your gums may bleed.
You may have a dark line down your belly or a dark area on your face.
Your appetite should improve.
