Most pregnancies last between 38 and 42 weeks

  • Your uterus grows to the size of a grapefruit.

  • You may gain or lose 5 pounds.

  • Your breasts become full and tender.

  • You may need to pee often.

  • Your vaginal discharge may increase.

  • You may feel sick and throw up often.

Between 15 – 25 weeks (Second Three Months):

  • You should gain about a pound a week.

  • You may have a stuffy nose and your gums may bleed.

  • You may have a dark line down your belly or a dark area on your face.

  • Your appetite should improve.
