Halloween
Big, orange jack-o-lanterns,
Sitting out on a porch,
Making all kinds of faces,
Some have smiles,
Some pout
No screaming,
No slamming doors,
They sit on the porch
Frowning.
Hot, waxy candle
Burning inside the pumpkin,
Lighting up for the kids
That come for treat or tricking.
