TRAINING NEEDS ASSESSMENT
For Staff at the ILRC
This questionnaire will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
The purpose of this questionnaire is to find out what you are interested
in learning about in relation to literacy awareness for people with
disabilities. The results will be generalised in order to develop literacy
awareness training for Centre staff.
- Are you interested in learning more about adult literacy?
- Do you have any background in adult literacy/adult education? Explain.
- When would you like the literacy awareness training to take place?
(for example: at staff meetings, every 2 weeks)
- How do you like to learn? (for example: discussion, lectures, active
participation, workshop, handouts)
