problem.
- Smoking and drug use.
- Pain relievers (headache pills) and any
other medications - Ask your doctor
first.
- Hot tubs, saunas, electric blankets. These may raise your
body temperature too much.
- X-rays - Don't have one unless your doctor tells you to. If
you go to the dentist, tell the people there you are pregnant.
- Stay away from poisons - paint removers, insect sprays,
weed killers.
- Hair dyes, bleach and perms may also be harmful to your
baby. Also, they may not turn out well while you are
pregnant!
- Loud music - yes, really! Baby can hear before it's born.
- Hard work such as heavy lifting.
- Dieting and not eating. Your body needs extra food to help
build a healthy baby.
- You must still wear a seat belt.
- Don't change the cat litter box. Have someone else do it.
