- Your uterus* will
grow to the size of a
watermelon!
- Your breasts
(boobs) will become
larger. They will
feel full and heavy.
They may feel sore.
- Your nipples will become darker and wider.
- Stretch marks will appear on your breasts and belly. You
may get a dark line on your belly. Your belly button may
stick out.
- You will probably urinate (pee) more. Drink lots of water.
- You will feel tired. Get plenty of rest. Take a nap every day!
- You still need some exercise. It's good for you and your
baby. Exercise will help you when you are having the baby.
- It's okay to continue having sex. Condoms help protect you
and the baby from sexually transmitted diseases (STDS).
- You may experience "morning sickness" (feeling like you will
throw up). Try to eat small, healthy snacks instead of big
meals.
