Zoe the Bunny

Zoe the bunny was hopping along in the Quinn's back yard looking for food. Out of the corner of her eye she saw five deer. She counted them - one - two -three -four- and five. She snuck closer to get a better look at the deer. The deer saw Zoe under a tree and they said, "Let's catch the bunny and keep her for a pet!" Zoe wanted to be their pet because they were nice deer. She peeked out from under the tree and said, "Hi, my name is Zoe". The deer took her home, put her in a bowl, and gave her carrots.

Grandma Coulton

Last summer I went to Grandma Coulton's house. She has a big back yard with lots of raspberries. I like to pick raspberries. They are really sweet. That's why I picked a lot of them. I didn't know which ones were ready at first. My brothers and sisters showed me which ones to pick. I ate them all and we went home.

Another time Grandma Coulton took us to the water park in High River. I ran under the sprinklers in the tunnel.

Grandma Coulton also likes to bake cookies with us. We make Christmas cookies. I liked the ginger cookies best. She took me to the Santa Claus parade. We sat with blankets and then ran to get candy. Sometimes they threw it right to me. Grandma Coulton gave us a flag and a pencil at the parade.

I like to go to Grandma Coulton's house because she is fun and she plays lots of games with me.
