The Rabbit and the Carrots

By: Mason

Rabbit hopped across the field with thoughts of carrots dancing in his head. It was lunch time and he had decided today was the day to visit the carrot patch. Rabbit had finally found the courage to go to Mr. Crab’s garden. Mr. Crab took great pride in his garden and had many traps and gadgets set to keep rabbits away but Rabbit had a plan. He…

… decided he would walk around the traps. After he walked around the traps he grabbed a handful of carrots. Rabbit decided to leave. He walked around the traps again. After that, he ate all the carrots and he got very fat. In a few days, his stomach hurt from all the carrots. His tummy rumbled very loudly. He went back to Mr. Crab’s garden when he was hungry again but this time Rabbit ate lettuce.
