HAY FEVER - You may recall that we talked about allergies earlier on in this book. Allergies are something that we have a reaction to when we shouldn't. Well hay fever is when we are allergic to something at a certain time of the year like summer when there is a lot of pollen from flowers, grass and weeds in the air. You may find yourself sneezing & sniffling, your nose is plugged and you may have earaches and a fever. If these things affect you, avoid areas that make you worse. Your doctor will know what is the best medicine to take.

HEADACHES - Almost everyone will have a headache at some time or another. Your head will feel like it's being squeezed, your eyes like they're being pinched. Most headaches will go away after a few hours, either by themselves, or by resting, or by taking some medicine for headaches.
