girl getting heat stroke

HEAT STROKE (OR SUN STROKE) - This is a condition when a person's body has been exposed to too much heat for too long. The body is unable to put back the water lost by perspiring and the body temperature suddenly rises. This problem usually happens to athletes or people who do very hard work in hot weather. You might have to move into a cool area and have fruit juice or water to cool yourself down, or you may have to rub ice on your body or soak in a cool bath.

HYPERVENTILATION - The air that you breathe contains oxygen, which you need in order to live. If you start breathing too fast, your body won't be getting enough oxygen. You may feel like you are suffocating and you will feel tingly and faint. By relaxing and taking deep slow breaths, your breathing should return to normal.

OLLIE...WHY DO MY HEELS HURT? title

That's a good one. At one time or another, all children will experience soreness in their heels - which are at the bottom/back of your feet. It is usually from jumping or running on hard surfaces. One way to help this soreness is to place thick heel pads inside your shoes to make it softer on your heels while the soreness has a chance to go away.
