- Having the flu, as influenza is most often called,
means that you have picked up a viral infection that will more often give you a
fever, the chills, a cough,
you'll feel tired
and your muscles will be sore. It in a contagious infection, which means that
others can get it if they are near you. Almost everyone gets the flu at one
time or another in their lives and there are many medicines to help you feel
better. You might have the flu anywhere from 3 to 10 days before you get
better.

When the same characteristics like colour of eyes, colour of hair, same looks,
same height, etc., are passed down from parents to their children .... we call
this heredity. There are 46 chromosomes in every cell of the human body. When a
baby is born, 23 chromosomes comes from each parent to equal 46. That's why you
look like your mom and dad.
