Forum on Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition will be held at the
Hyatt Regency Hotel in Vancouver, BC, from November 14 - 17, 1999. The theme of
the conference is "Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition as a Tool for
Transition", and will focus on transition in society, and change that
supports adult learners. PLAR opens the door to col-leges and universities for

The Canadian Congress for Learning
