Werner Muessle

After I finished my cabinetmaker and draftsman apprenticeship in Germany I immigrated to this wonderful area of Canada to pursue a dream of having a family, a woodworking business and building my own home. With no money and few English skills I started up a woodworking business. Sometimes it was very hard for my customers and me to understand each other but the help and understanding of local people got me far. After sixteen years of hard work my dream came true, but I missed out on an important aspect of learning and upgrading my English knowledge though the years. Two years ago I met two wonderful people who became very good friends. They inspired me to try the CASP class with them.

Now for the past few months I've been driving to Port Elgin twice a week to participate in learning English. Thanks to Christine, who is a wonderful and very skilled teacher; I have improved my writing and reading. With her special teaching technics she also has improved my confidence.

Thank you Christine, I hope I can join your CASP class next year.
