The Learners’ Network was formed in 2004. Greg Clark, a CASP student, is the President. There will be a workshop and meeting for students in adult literacy programs in Fredericton on February 23rd and 24th. Twenty learners can come.

On February 23rd from 1 p.m.—4 p.m. Dorothy Silver will give a workshop called Living on a Shoestring Budget. On February 24th, there will be a Learners’ Network Business meeting in the morning. In order to attend, please fill in the form on this page and send it to the Literacy Coalition or call 1-800-563-2211. The meetings are free. Travel and food will also be paid for. If you come, you must attend the workshop and the meeting.

This is the first newsletter for the Learners’ Network. We would like to get stories from learners to publish in this newsletter, which will be mailed to literacy programs each month from now until June, when classes end for the summer. Tel: 1-800-563-2211 Literacy Coalition of New Brunswick Ltd.
