Dr. Fiedorowicz will discuss current brain research, reading and writing
strategies and study skills.
What: “Public Session”, general information about
learning disabilities
When: Thursday, October 3 from 7:00 – 9:00
Where: Lecture Theatre, Holland College, Grafton St. in Charlottetown
Registration: No registration needed.
Cost: Free
Dr. Fiedorowicz will give a one-hour presentation and spend another
hour answering questions.
What: “Strategies for Parents”, a workshop for parents
of students with learning disabilities
When: Saturday, October 5, from 9:00 – 12:00
Where: Lecture Theatre, Holland College, Grafton St. in Charlottetown
Registration: please call 368-3620.
Cost: $10.00 per family.
Dr. Fiedorowicz will discuss homework strategies.
Guest speaker: Dr. Christina Fiedorowicz, PhD, CPsy is president
of Achieve Educational Services Inc. She has a private Neuropsychology
practice in Ottawa. Her clinical and research interests include various
aspects of brain functions, learning disabilities, and attention deficit
disorders.
