Workability Handbook (1996)
Alberta Learning

Lists 32 factors that employers and contract managers look for in workers : namely, attitudes and aptitudes a person needs to find and keep work. These are broken down into four groups: Workability Attitudes; Workability Universal Skills; Work Know-How; Work Search Strategies. For each factor there is a checklist of the specific skills that make up that factor.
