(which includes the Times Colonist and CH TV in Victoria) with a national Literacy Public Awareness Award for its support of local programs and its own Canada-wide literacy initiatives. Sarah Anderson and Camas Woodland were the winner and runner-up at the regional CanSpell Spelling Bee in Victoria. They both went on to compete in the National Spelling Bee in Ottawa.
