Spring has sprung here at Contact North and the Adult Learning Centre! (Whether it's sprung in Red Lake - that's debatable!) We have tulips and hyacinths decorating our pop machine here at the Centre! Contact North is winding up for another "major" flyer distribution - Spring and Summer 2001 of Bridging the North our distance education programs, courses and services for residents of Northwestern Ontario. Watch for C/N and Adult Learning at our upcoming Craft Show - April 6th & 7th. We will be promoting our distance education programs, providing assistance and distributing promotional items. (See you there) We at C/N will also be "winding down" in a sense. Our full-time college classes will be ending May 04th. Our full-time ECE students will soon be going on placements facing new challenges that come with a career in ECE. Be sure to congratulate them on completion of their course and offer a word of encouragement. Our General Business students will be finishing up their first year of college and will soon be making decisions to either further their education or enter into the work world. (Way to go!) Police Foundations will finish it's first year in May and will winter into the second year come September 2001. (Hopefully, not so early!!!) That's all for now. Let's enjoy the spring! Coffee break anyone??
Spring Spring has longer days, warm and cool evenings and then comes a cry call from a crow that only some people will hear.
The drivers will try their best to avoid water puddles not to splash people. Yes! Spring is always a happy time. - Joe Paishk Spring March is the month of Spring. And that means it is time for Spring clean-up. What a great idea! It's fun to do the Spring Cleaning because you find lots of things you have lost or misplaced. But, if you're outside cleaning it's dirty, but it's still fun. - M. J. Paishk Spring Spring is here. - Denise Mamakeesic |
