Well, the new millennium has arrived and so far no Y2K bugs have bit us. The flu bug has given us a bit of grief though.

We hope everyone has had a great holiday and ready and raring to go. The things we will be accomplishing this year. Watch out world, here we come!

What's NEW!!!

computerSharon Daillant has arrived with a good number of computer learners in tow. We would like to welcome Sharon and everyone in her class. It's great to have our Centre buzzing. This particular computer class will be running full days, Monday to Thursday and will provide the participants with four high school credits.

Sharon will also be teaching a separate computer course on Friday mornings. This will be worth one high school credit.

Welcome to everyone! We hope you'll enjoy being here as much as we'll enjoy having you.

Fantastic Fridays

Due to the fact that a good number of us will be joining Sharon downstairs, we will be having presenters in on other days.

On Thursday, January 13th, Rhona Karschti was in with a very informative presentation on the Child Development Program.

We're going to try our hand in the kitchen on Tuesday, Jan 18th.

Mrs. Beck has agreed to expand further on her trip to China on Thursday, January 27th.

Show & TellThose elusive syllabics will be explained by Kaaren Olsen on Monday, February 14th.

We're looking forward to these presentations and more.
