March is here and wariner weather and longer days are on the way. Soon we'll be changing our clocks ahead gaining that all important hour in our busy days. Spring break will be here very shortly, March 10 to 20, and already a few short months until summer.

We have been really busy around here lately, with computer classes four days a week and working on the Coffee House, Art classes and just a great bunch of students going in and out every day. it has sure made the winter fly by pretty quick.

We would also like to introduce someone new to our team. Amanda Macumber has come aboard. Amanda is just entering back into the work force after having been on mateni4 leave with her son Brody for the past year. She will be working three days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, so stop by and say hello.

RECIPE CORNER

Nutty Chocolate Pie

2 Large eggs
1 cup Brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup Melted hard margarine or butter
1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup Chopped walnuts or pecans

1 Unbaked 9 inch (22cm) pie shell

Beat eggs until frothy. Add brown sugar and margarine. Beat until well mixed. Add chocolate chips and walnuts. Stir until well mixed.

Turn into pie shell. Bake on bottom rack in 325°f (160°c) oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cuts into 8 wedges.
