Easter Message from Chaplin Ross

What is Easter?

Is it a selection of chocolate eggs, bunnies, etc. Is it a commercial event for the retailer to up his sales. Is it a story about someone who is saw to have died and rose again.

Although all of the above is associated with Easter, none of them are really Easter. For Easter is an inner experience. It is for me an experience with a risen Lord; to me Easter demands a response one way or another. It demands a reaction to ignore or accept its message.

What is Easter? It is a love and compassion that the human mind cannot comprehend: I want to leave you a poem. Read it as I do and ask yourself the questions below:

What do Easter mean to me? What if there was no Easter. Would things be any different? What if Christ had died for your sin and mine? Feel free to come and share with me from time to time.

Happy Easter
Chaplin Ross
