| Description |
A program that matches a learner with a volunteer tutor for a three–part
program.
- Day Timer: Clients are taught how to keep a journal that simulates the
way the brain remembers things to use as a reference and a way to plan
their day.
- Cognitive Skills Training: includes perception, problem solving, attention
and organizational skills development.
- Independent Living Skills: Relearning things such as managing a
bank account, cooking, and kitchen safety. Literacy and upgrading assistance
is stressed when needed.
