National Association of Friendship Centres (NAFC)
The mission of the NAFC is to improve the quality of life for aboriginal peoples in an urban environment by supporting self-determined activities which encourage equal access to, and participation in, Canadian society; and which respect and strengthen the increasing emphasis on aboriginal cultural distinctiveness.

National Crime Prevention Strategy
The newly created National Crime Prevention Strategy is found within the Department of Justice Canada which has the responsibility to implement the National Crime Prevention Strategy (NCPS) in partnership with Solicitor General Canada. The Centre's web site provides access to NCPS publications, practices, programs and funding information and crime prevention links.

National Educational Association of Disabled Students (NEADS)
The National Educational Association of Disabled Students is a consumer organization, with a mandate to encourage the self-empowerment of post-secondary students with disabilities. NEADS advocates for increased accessibility at all levels so that disabled students may gain equal access to college or university education, which is their right.

National Visible Minority Council on Labour Force Development (NVMCLFD)
The mission of the NVMCFLD is the empowerment of the communities it represents. This is accomplished through advocacy for increased participation of visible minorities in the Canadian Labour Market. The Council facilitates communication between its members and other stakeholders in the Canadian Labour Market on issues and concerns related to equity and access.

The Neil Squire Society
The Neil Squire Society developed innovative programs and services and some of the world's leading edge adaptive technology for people with severe physical disabilities. Over 5,000 disabled people in Canada have benefitted from the work of the Society.
