Partnerships in Learning
This website looks at the learning paths of workers with low literacy skills in different types of workplace education programs across Canada. For example, there are 7 Canadian case studies written by the field researchers and whose stories represent the relatedness of formal and informal training for workers with low skills. Another part of the website is Fostering Partnership Development, and the goal of this project was to understand the process of partnership development and the strategies that were used to engage business, labour, literacy practitioners and provincial and territorial governments.
