Our students

Our students are referred to us by friends, relatives and various community organizations. They may also hear about us and call themselves. We accept all students over 16 who are out of school. Students usually have some reading, writing and math skills, but need help to upgrade in these areas. If a student already has enough skills to enter a high-school diploma program or a post-credit program, we refer them to the Adult Learning Centre or Georgian College. We have no time limits on acquiring skills, although students and tutors review their progress regularly.
