World Literacy Canada now filling internship positions through CIDA

World Literacy Canada (WLC) is now hiring for its 2011-2012 internship positions.  WLC is proud to provide internship opportunities for Canadian citizens through CIDA’s International Youth Internship Program at its overseas office in Varanasi, India.

To be eligible for the International Youth Internship Program, an intern must be:

  • A Canadian citizen or permanent resident
  • A post-secondary graduate - graduate of a degree or diploma program from a university, college, post-secondary school of technology, post-secondary institute or a CEGEP (collège d'enseignement général et professionnel)
  • Out of school
  • Between the ages of 19 and 30
  • Unemployed or underemployed, and
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada

Applications will be open until April 24, 2011.
