A CLLN Survey reminder

There’s still time to participate in Canadian Literacy and Learning Network’s (CLLN’s) national survey of the Literacy and Essential Skills (L/ES) workforce. The survey is scheduled to end on April 30.

Share your story about working in the Literacy and Essential Skills field. Little is known about those working to help Canadians improve their L/ES. The Survey seeks to provide an in-depth look at the field to help increase knowledge and expertise, inform policy, and move towards professionalization in the field.

Here is the link to the online survey: CLLN LES Survey.

CLLN is also counting on you to get the word out about the survey. If you can help by sharing the survey invitation with L/ES practitioners and organizations, you can obtain the necessary materials here.

The success of the survey and the impact it will have on gaining recognition for the L/ES field depend critically on your participation and cooperation. The more L/ES practitioners who do the survey, the more accurate, representative and powerful the results will be.

More information about the Labour Market Study that this survey is part of, including who is eligible to participate and how the information will be used, can be found at http://lesworkforce.ca/.
