Cultivating Connections: International speakers for family literacy conference announced

The Centre for Family Literacy has announced international speakers for its Cultivating Connections Family Literacy Conference set for July 15-17 in Edmonton, Alberta.

On the agenda are: Thomas Sticht (United States) who will deliver a presentation entitled “From Parents to Progeny: Toward a Multiple Life Cycles Education Policy;” Snoeks Desmond (South Africa), “Family Literacy: Harvesting the Dream;” and Eve Gregory (United Kingdom), “Handing Down the Magic: Literacy as a Gift between Generations and Siblings.”
