Workplace Education programs in Nova Scotia are delivered through the Workplace Initiatives Division in the Department of Labour and Advanced Education. The program operates as a partnership between the Nova Scotia government and employers to help increase skills, retain workers and provide tools to build confidence and productivity.

The coauthor of a new book believes we are about to see a radical change in the workplace that will give workers more choice over how, when and where they work.
