This week, we have a poem written by Jackie Molinolo, from Toronto, Ontario. Jackie is enrolled in literacy classes at Parkdale Project Read, which is a non-profit literacy program that operates an adult learning centre in the Parkdale community.  At PPR, students decide what and how they learn, as it has a learner-based approach.

I have Savanah and Sebastian

And I like to play Dora
And Sebi likes to play cars, movies and make puzzles
Sebi and Savannah go to school
Monday and Tuesday
Play with Plato, make cakes
Like to dance and sing
Nice and kind person
They are funny like to smile
I have them inside this body
