Story of the Week

February 9, 1998

This week, we have a story written by Ulysse Girouard, from the Miramichi area in New Brunswick. Ulysse lives in the village of Beaverbrook with his wife, daughter, and six step-children. He came back to school to improve his education in order to find work. His hobbies include mechanic work, three-wheeling and snowmobiling.

Going Back to School

by Ulysse Girouard

When I came back to school I wanted to read and write. Since I started I have learned a lot.

What I learn today is important to me. Today you need it and if you don't have it, it is hard to find a job.

If I get my Grade 12 I know I can get a good job.
