The story we are presenting this week was written by Bernice Heath, from Edmonton, Alberta. Bernice's goal is to become a nurse, and she has taken lots of upgrading courses to make her dream come true.
My Special Place

My special place is in Jamaica and it is on the beach. I would go there and bring my bath towel, spread it out on the sand and just lie down flat on my back, enjoying the fresh air and just watching the waves go by over and over. It is such a beautiful place to relax on the beach.
Sometimes I would just take up the cool sand and place it on my feet. I love to be at the beach side just to meditate and look out on the ocean where the nice blue water comes in. I love to go out there. It is my favorite spot.
