The story we have this week comes to us from Saint John, New Brunswick. The author, Rebecca Tanasichuk, likes to read, play cards or play Nintendo in her spare time. She also enjoys making crafts, and she does volunteer work at the Women's Centre.
There are advantages and there are disadvantages of living alone. The advantages are, it is very quiet and peaceful. If you want to sleep an extra hour you can. You can stay up late at night watching television without someone telling you to shut it off. You don't have to put up with others peoples demands. No one else to mess up your apartment. Cook when you feel like it, even let the dishes pile up in the sink, wash them when you want to. Clean your place in the daytime or in the evenings its up to you. It is a lot cheaper living alone.
The disadvantages of living alone are when you come home after working hard all day and no one is there to talk to you about your day it's sad. Also when your not feeling well, there is no one around to make you feel better. Someone who cares. It is also good to have someone to talk with about your problems, also to share your good new or good days. Even there are days when you get into trouble with the law, you can lose your apartment, and all of your possessions by living alone.
These are the advantages and disadvantages of living alone.
