When I was eight or ten years old, I was in a foster home with four boys and one girl. I was the only one that was a different color. It made me feel mad because they couldn't see what kind of person that I was. They always called me names like Indian squaw and dumb Apache' Indian. Those names really hurt me, so I turned around and started to fist fight because I thought that would solve my problems. I did not like to fist fight because the thought of being hurt is worse than name calling. Being a child is not easy in this world because some parents don't take the time to teach their children.
