Story of the Week

April 2, 2007

Happy work

by Jean Wei

I work in a Taco Bell restaurant. Although my work is very busy, I feel very happy.

I came to Calgary in March 2006. My first work day was on May 17.

My manager and workmates are very nice. They give me a lot of help in learning English.

I often ask them, "How do you say this in English?" Sometimes I forget some words, and then they teach me again and again.

My English level is improving step by step. I feel happy during my working day. I am grateful to my working team.
