The following story was written by Deborah Chadwick, from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Deborah is a student at Program Read in Sault Ste. Marie.

Program Read

by Deborah Chadwick

It was terrible before I could read. That's why I went back to school. If I hadn't gone back to school I wouldn't be where I am now. I'm independent. I live in my own apartment and work part-time at the daycare. I love my work and the kids love me. Just recently I got my beginners. Now I'm taking driving lessons. I have more confidence now that I can read better. I can pick out any sort of card by myself. Program Read is a wonderful place to improve your reading. I recommend this program for anyone who needs help with their reading and writing.
