My Hero

by Victoria C.

My hero is my big brother Sid. The reason why I say this is because Sid was there for me growing up and still is today in many ways. He protects me from harm of any source, he is like a shield. Sid is also always there for me when I need someone to talk to like when I feel that I am going off track. Sid is there to guide me just a little bit enough for me to stand on my own two feet again. I can also talk to Sid about anything and be able to trust him with my words. I think Sid is a great brother and hero because god only knows what would have happened to me as a child.

Over the years my big brother and I have been through a lot together but one of us has been through more then the other. But we got strong and hung in there and as the years went buy we got even stronger. Sid and I are still close and no one can take that brotherly and sisterly love away from us.
