Our Recipe Calendar

My name is Frances Laybolt. I am a student in a literacy class at Woodstock Development Services. We are doing recipes for our class calendar. My salad is a nutritious snack. In two months we hope to have the calendar for sale.

Helpful hint: How do you spell "racecar" backwards ?

My recipe is :

1. box of cool whip
2. box cottage cheese
3. can mandarin oranges
4. box jello

Mix well and enjoy.
