My Best Friend

by Baljit Rallahan

I have many friends but only one best friend. Her name is Mandeep. She is only 21 years old. She is only 14 days older than me. We love to do everything together. After high school we are going to different colleges. That day very bad for me and her. When we are going to start to go to the college. We are going to college in same bus. She is really a good friend. She help me when I am in trouble. She ask me what is new in her college and I ask her. When I came to Canada I feel very sad. She asked me when you go to Canada you phone me every day. I say okay. But now I have no time to phone her every day. It is very bad. I call her two days in a week. On October 21 she got married. I phoned her to say congratulations and best wishes to start a new life. I asked her send me your wedding photos and movie. She said that day I miss you very much. Her husband came from Jarman and he is a very good person. She told me everything about her marriage. I also share my problems with her and every time she help me and give me a good idea. I am very happy because I think she took a very good decision about her life. May she live long and enjoy her happy life.
