Today is the age of technology. Everyday the scientist made a new things. These things have the both advantages and disadvantages. Computer is also a invention of the technology. The modern time is a time of computer. Computer is a machine that runs many programs at one time. It has mainly two parts, the software and the monitor. Computer is a source of knowledge. Computer is used in every field, like medical, educational etc. We get any kind of information about our country and other countries from the computer. Computer has globalization the world. It is a good means of communication. By e-mail we can contact with our friends, relatives and office workers. Computer is a means of employment. We can find a job on the internet. Computer is also a good teacher, because some degrees and diplomas are only on-line. With the help of the computer, we get the knowledge of different cultures because every culture has its own site like Punjabi culture's site is www.punjabi.com. We know the new inventions of technology with the help of the computer. Computer plays a great role in business, because it made datasheets, balance sheets and paying bills etc. Computer is a great source of music. We download the songs from different sites and make CDs. Computer tell us our future because we read our forecast on computer on different sites. We also get the information of any office with the help of computer. Children have some games in computer, so it is good source of fun for the children. We get the knowledge about money, sports, shopping, greeting, gifts, etc from the computer. The young generation have fun to, make a new friends on line and chat with people. Every part of the life is under the computer. But every invention has disadvantages too. Computer has too many disadvantages. It effects the eye sight. Mostly the children waste their times in the games and young generation in chatting. Some time the people know your secret when you put all your information and secrets on computer. Sometimes you are in a big problem when you put all the information and secrets on the computer and it damage. Like other inventions computer has advantages and disadvantages both. Both computer plays a great role in our life. We have no life without computer.
