Happy Trip

by Lois Krajchi

It was a pleasant surprise that I got picked to go to Hamilton because there was a literacy workshop. There were seven happy people going to Hamilton to this workshop. John, Betty, Marilyn, Debora, Joe, Mike, myself. Lois all flew in a jet to Hamilton. We started at the Sheridan Hotel and it was a luxury! I stayed in 1102 all by myself in a king-sized bed. The food was excellent and there was lots to eat. People were in high spirits and everyone was happy. I enjoyed all the workshops and learned a lot. Deb and I shopped every day and went to McDonalds every morning! This trip was the nicest thing that ever happened to me and it didn't even cost me a cent!
