The Battle River Training Foundation helps rural Albertans access college credit courses in Flagstaff County and east central Alberta. Bilingual Service Centres facilitate the active offer of French-language services in the regions of Manitoba where the French-speaking population is concentrated. The Centres provide a wide range of federal, provincial, municipal and community-based services under one roof. The Black Studies Centre (BSC) has been providing a wide range of services to the Montreal community and to various institutions and communiity-based organizations for approximately 40 years. In 2004, in partnership with Concordia University, the centre began a small business incubator initiative to stimulate the growth of local businesses. It is the only program of its kind in the Montreal black community.

The Board of Studies NSW was established in 1990 to serve government and non-government schools in the development of school education for Years K-12. It provides educational leadership by developing quality curriculum and awarding secondary school credentials, the School Certificate and the Higher School Certificate.

Born to Read is a program designed to promote the message of the importance of reading to children from birth. We present every baby born in New Brunswick with a bag of books, as well as information on early childhood development and library programs.

This program provides educational support to people in the Brandon area. Many people use this program to upgrade their skills before moving on to the Adult Collegiate or a post-secondary institution.

Bridging the Gap: From Education to Employment (BTG) is an innovative, community-based labour force development model that connects prospective employers with individuals who have barriers to employment. It provides customized workplace and essential skills training through partnerships with the private sector, labour groups, educational providers, non-government agencies and government. 

The British Education Index supports the professional study of education by facilitating the identification and use of specific reading matter and event-related information.

The Building Independence Resource Directory (BIRD) provides a listing of all programming available for people receiving Employment and Income Assistance (EIA) benefits. Program descriptions are sorted according to the type of intervention being offered: literacy upgrading, pre-employment, skills training and job readiness training.

BVCWorks is a business unit of Bow Valley College. Its goal is to meet local labour market and learner/client needs by connecting employers to workers. Services include worker recruitment for employers, access to job postings for students and alumni, and skills testing for clients and community members.
