This society works in partnership with many community agencies to offer a variety of programs and services that promote positive parenting and early childhood development to families with young children ages 0-6 years. It offers parent education, programs for young children to learn and play, family support services, etc.

The objectives of this group are to : provide a united national voice for Women's Institutes of Canada; initiate national programs and to provide resource material; provide a medium of inter-communication among the units of the Federation; provide leadership in the promotion of Canadian agriculture and other aspects of community living; develop responsible citizens through the study of issues of national and international importance.

The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC) is an independent body working to protect and inform consumers of financial products and services. The federal government’s lead agency on financial education and literacy, the FCAC was established to strengthen oversight of consumer issues and expand consumer education in the financial sector.

A national nonprofit organization with a single mission: to give disadvantaged children the opportunity to read and own their first new books. The primary goal of First Book is to work with existing literacyprograms to distribute new books to children who, for economic or other reasons, have little or no access to books.

First Nations Technical Institute (FNTI), an Aboriginal-owned and controlled post-secondary institute, was created in 1985, through innovative and dynamic partnerships, to provide access to post-secondary programs for Aboriginal people. Currently there are over 300 post-secondary students and adult learners from across the country enrolled in capacity-building programs at FNTI.

The Food Processing HR Council is the human resources voice for Canadian food processors and manufacturers, focusing on addressing HR requirements, and your ability to face the future confidently in the knowledge that the industry’s workers are at the leading edge. FPHRC monitors the industry’s HR developments and needs, and is a leader in delivering HR information and training tools to support a safe and secure food supply and a viable and competitive food processing sector.

The Forum for International Trade Training (FITT) equips individuals and businesses with the practical skills they need to succeed in today’s competitive global marketplace. An international trade training and professional certification body, FITT sets the standards and designs the training programs for the professional designation, Certified International Trade Professional (CITP). Centred on international trade best practices and delivered by a broad network of educational partners, FITT’s quality training programs impart knowledge and practical skills that trade practitioners can apply immediately.

Frontier College has been responding to the literacy needs of Canadians since 1899. Its national network of volunteers teaches literacy skills through the Student Centred Individualized Learning method. Other programs include Campus Programs (Students for Literacy) and the Labourer-Teacher Program.

Frontier College is a national volunteer-based literacy organization. Students for Literacy provides volunteer university students to teach reading and writing to youth and adult learners.
