Steps for Success

Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters Newfoundland Labrador, in partnership with Random North Development Association, has launched Steps for Success: Cultivating a Learning Culture. The initiative has four components: human resources management, essential skills and peer mentorship for companies, in addition to a provincial HR team to develop a provincial HR strategy for the manufacturing and value-added sector.
