The Adult Learning and Post-Secondary Services division (Department of Education, Nunavut) supports students studying at the post-secondary level by providing a combination of grants, loans, bursaries and scholarships. The division also oversees the delivery of programs in the trades and apprenticeship, adult literacy, essential skills and adult basic education.

Members of the partnership created this website to provide information about literacy programs and policies that support good practice in both the workplace and in preparing people to participate in the workforce.

The goal of Nunavut Arctic College is to provide support to students in all areas of their development so they can achieve personally set goals, become well-equipped to contribute and serve their families and communities, and be able to participate and contribute as Nunavut takes on new roles in the global community. Programs offered at the college’s three campuses and 24 community learning centres serve the needs of students, government and business.
